2. construction
construction documentsUsing the developed design, we will draft a full set of construction documents
to be used for bidding and construction purposes. These documents will be approved by the client before being released to the public. |
construction administrationWe will guide the client through the bidding process by fielding all questions,
issuing addenda, and writing a recommendation for most qualified bid. We will then be the client's advocate through the construction process. Holding bi-weekly progress meetings with all stakeholders and performing weekly walk-throughs to ensure the project stays on time and on budget. We will also develop and field all necessary paperwork, shop drawings, submittals, and application for payment between client and the selected contractor. |
