To match the outlined project scope to the client's budget, we will have meetings with all the stakeholders to solidify the program and manage expectations.
Using the program, we will form preliminary drawings of each space and meet with stakeholders again for approval before moving on to the next phase.
Taking the revisions from the schematic phase, we will make more clear andconcise plans for review, approval, and signature by the stakeholders.
Using the developed design, we will draft a full set of construction documents
to be used for bidding and construction purposes. These documents will be approved
by the client before being released to the public.
We will guide the client through the bidding process by fielding all questions,
issuing addenda, and writing a recommendation for most qualified bid. We will
then be the client's advocate through the construction process. Holding bi-weekly
progress meetings with all stakeholders and performing weekly walk-throughs
to ensure the project stays on time and on budget.
We will also develop and field all necessary paperwork,
shop drawings, submittals, and application for payment
between client and the selected contractor.
